Good buy.

Don't worry about replacing the clutch, as long as you put it in neutral and RPM match the gears, you can shift it without using the clutch...

- OR -

you can just loosen the motor mounts, move the engine a little bit, and drop the tranny. It's easy, I did it on my 83 gl wagon in a matter of hours. There is this stabilizer bar that you have to loosen in order to angle the motor so the tranny can be separated from it, but other than that the engine can be left alone.

congrats on your purchase, my 83 would still be on the road today (w/ over 350,000mi) if it wasn't for some jackass who didn't know how to check his blind spot.
