Unless you have specific needs - track days, rallys, very hard mountain driving - I'd stick with stock everything. They are relatively inexpensive, and if you switch to a performance pads, you'll need to compromise with noise/dust.
With my WRX and now the STi, I use stock rotors/pads except during track days, when I swap them out. The OEM stuff are more than adequate for street use, even more pretty aggressive driving style.
