yes and it was also protuned (at cobb by Christian), honestly I'm not feeling any difference in lag. If you can afford it go FMIC. the vf39 has to work hard to make good boost and (or at least it does at my altitude, WG wide open and I can only hit 18psi) and the FMIC really helps to keep the intake temp down.
