Not much. Eibach doesn't publish their spring rates, just the drop. The wagon springs reportedly give an even drop, -1.1" front and rear. The sedan springs lower more in front, -1.2f/-1.0"r.

ProKit springs are progressive - better for comfort, but less consistent - and designed to work with stock struts. They are not a lot stiffer than stock - maybe 10% or so. They do work as advertised - they are good with stock struts around town, but are not the best choice if you're serious about handling.
