I agree about the turbo timers, theres more to them, than just cooling the turbo. Aftermarket turbos run hotter then your stock turbo, obviousley, so cooling them down only makes sense, and preserves life. As for your issue Im not sure what is going on, but I have a feeling you may have bought the km model. and did you try resetting the ECU prior to connecting the battery? Are you using a Harness, and if so which one?
