sure youll get more power if you keep everything constant and just reduce the temperature. Does AZ get different fuel in the winter like they do up here near NY? I know they switch to oxidized fuel in the winter which negates some of the gain we get from colder air. Although the cold also eliminates heat soak, and thus reduces lag quite a bit
