152 Nug eh? I had similar issues with the first Nug in the same size. I rode the 42 & 47 and found them MUCH more fun. How much do you weigh? I found a lot of my issues were because the 52 was too big for me.

The Nug is actually a pretty stiff board, it needs to be because of it's length. Nug "raduction" also thickens the profile in certain places. These two features also make the board feel solid at high speeds. I find that stiff boards tend to slip out from under my feet in icy conditions.

I hope you get the chance to ride it in powder. The v-rocker floats well, the short size makes it very nimble. Last season I had a 58 BSOD, 52 Ultrafear, and a 42 Nug. The Nug was my favorite board in pow.
