I had it happen twice on my old roommates car. 28-29 psi on a vf on 91 oct. I don't really like mbc's for customer cars anymore. They are great and easy from a tuning standpoint, but ultimately require too much adjustment from the end user with temp fluctuations.

Yeah, I favor ECU boost in most cases, but this is the client's track car and he prefers the MBC. Also, I have seen some hallmans be inconsistent, but his is super consistent. Every pull over lays the last and just about all the gears are within a psi of each other. Also, since its his track car, hes always tinkering with it and maintaining it, so adjusting the boost for seasonal temp changes is not that big of an issue.
