I've had a different experience with Singer, and drive 60 minutes out of my way to continue to get my service done with them.
I can't really speak for the sales-side, I grabbed one of the last '07 Limiteds in the country, so I didn't walk in the door expecting to pay anything less than list
I also understand the the dealer has to make a buck off the sale of a car so I'm not going to bust anyone's balls over $500 here or there.
Service, however, is where my experience has been great. Always friendly, helpful, timely, and excited to see my car come in. The same service manager checks my car out even on routine oil changes, so I really like that someone knows me, my car, and its history.
Keep up the great service, and I'll keep making the trek up to NH!
