FWIW, asking price is != OBO. Its what I'm asking for, not an arbitrary number I plan to be low-balled down 50% from.
Furthermore... let's put the previous point as plainly as possible: if an item can only fit into a box with dimensions somewhere around 72"x12"x24" priced at xyz
without shipping and I'm offered xyz
shipped, I'll go ahead and assume whoever is offering is either ****ing stupid or intentionally wasting the precious seconds it took me to read and delete the PM. The point isn't that I care about these offers since I delete those messages like its goin out of style--I'm simply exercising my frequent, complete and utter disappointment in the human race through my experience with a (sadly)
huge sample of "buyers" on NASIOC and other online markets.
