used 2.5L uppipe if you don't need it ASAP. These will be <$100.

If you don't have time for that and are getting new, I recommend Grimmspeed. Not all their stuff is A+, but their uppipes are.

A good flex uppipe is a big friend to someone new to doing work on their car. Easier to get a good seal. Both the OEM pipe and Grimmspeed pipe have good flex joints in them. eBay flex uppipes are known to be terrible.

You will require a 2.2k ohm resistor to "fool" the ECU into thinking your EGT probe is reading properly. There is no need for this probe without the catalytic in the uppipe. You just stick this resistor in the pins of the EGT connector.
