The opening is probably too small, would probably negate the main reason to go awic because of heat soak, and i dont see the front mounted heat exchanger causing a radiator airflow problem.

You could remote mount a heat exchanger in the trunk and do some funky airflow mods, but front bumper mount is probably best.
