I disagree. My entire swap consisted of a transmission, rear diff, pedal assembly, and rear axle swap too. However, I did those back in November. Had I done all of that at the same time as my drivetrain swap, I would have saved maybe 1/3 of the time, but not enough for me to want to do it all at once. I was burned out once I got done and that was without dealing with the headaches I had doing the transmission.
