really? I honestly have never used the 501. I just loved the 105 look so much. I would ask how much are you applying? It has to be as they say "whisper thin" and I leave it on about 15 minutes and then remove it. If it becomes very difficult, you can always use it again and wipe it off as you go, letting it sit less time. Obviously if it's warmer out with less humidity you don't have to leave it on quite as much.

Some people have had success with using a MF towel and spritzing it with water to assist them in removing more difficult sealants.
