As far as the spacers go, nothing yet. Im running a fmic so intercooler fitment shouldnt be a problem there. I could see a possible issue if you were using a stock turbo inlet because the inlet bolts to the front of the manifold. i.e. raising the turbo inlet up with the manifold. So the turbo inlet might take a bit of work to get on the front of the turbo.

The silicone inlet is huge compared to the factory piece. I could see it being a pain to fit in there without the spacers, Im sure it could be done though. Some of the hoses require some trimming that attach to the inlet because they are too long.

And Im lost on the last part of your statement.
