^^True, unclemat is a little obnoxious, but he also has somewhat of a point. SOA does not always deal well with problems in their cars.

12345 My '84 subie developed a leak and lost all of its oil on the highway once (it had an oil pressure gauge that suddenly dropped to zero). I got it to a garage, got it fixed and filled up, and it ran fine with seemingly no damage. (I wouldn't do this today; much safer to pull over right away and get the car towed.)
