So who has the hardware to copy a rom? Not me. And unless the microcontroller in the svx ecu has and IDE package that can be programed in C, there will be much difficulty interpreting the machine code that is needed to program the rom. I think putting a kit together would be much simpler than reverse engineering a microcontroller and the information stored on the rom. Plus MS is not gm based. Gm sensors are just plentiful and cheap. The MS kit can be calibrated to any car and sensor combination just like any other stand alone ecu. If you have the technical know how to burn rom chips than building a MS system should be very simple.
