There are a number of ways to attach wires to your fuse block. If you need to use a fuse to supply a new device, you can get an inline fuse and splice it into a hot wire. You also need to determine if you want a 12 volt wire that is always hot (has 12 volts on it all the time), or one that only has 12 volts when the ignition switch is on (called a switched 12 volt line). Wire splices are the most convenient way to attach a wire to another wire. They make them for different size wires, so get one for the size wire you will be using. Usually they slip over the wire you want to tap into, and you also put your new wire in the splice, then clamp it over the two wires. You buy these things at an auto supply store, or Radio Shack. Ground is any metal part on the body. Unscrew a bolt, and make sure there isn't any paint under the bolt head (scrape it off down to bare metal with a pocket knife) attach your ground wire and tighten the bolt back down.
