I don't have specific experience with the Azenis, but it still reminds me of a story: Quite a few years ago, I was in exactly the same situation, there were small amounts of snow during the week, and I thought that I didn't have time to change to my winter tires until the weekend. I lost control of the car in a very slight turn at slow speed, spun across the opposite lane, and came to a stand with the front wheels over a moderate incline with small trees on the other side of the road. I was very fortunate that I didn't hit a car coming in the opposite direction, and that the car stopped just a few feet short of tumbling down the incline. It could have been much worse than $300 for a tow truck to get me back on the road.

So if you ask me: You do have time to change the tires! You don't have to be as stupid as I was. Summer tires don't belong on snow.
