Is there a good clear coating I can put on after the polishing that will make it last longer or prevent the hazing? I've seen some kits that have an after-coating but have no idea what it is or how to get that separately. Obviously, I used regular car wax and that's not enough. Or do I just polish the lights every 3-6 months or so until I wear holes in them?
I think they are like 40 bucks at rock auto so that's another option I guess. But that solution isn't going to be so pretty when it's the V's turn after a few pittsburgh winters.

I have used the 3m one, i did cousin kennys last year, and once this year. It held up good for about that long. It came with some kind of wax. I did both of mine with it also, but they are in my trunk
Jason and I had this conversation at the last meet, and we both agreed an automotive clear coat after sanding works best. That is what the oem lights have on them, it has a uv inhibitor, which is why they last longer than the wax.
I found a two part rattle can (2k clearcoat) on eastwoods website, i think it had uv inhibitor, i havent been able to try it. If you google the 2k clearcoat spray can i think it will pop up.
