Tip from someone who used to tint. Spray the sticky side with water generously, and the surface too (after being cleaned). Apply wet. Line up the wrap. It should be pretty easy to move because the water is temporarily preventing the adhesive to stick. After you have it lined up and made sure its where you want it, use a squegee and slowly start smoothing out the vinyl. The water will start to come out. You may need to guide some of the bubbles out. If there isnt a protective cover on the top of the vinyl, you may want to use some of the vinyl backing paper you peeled away while doing this, depending on the type of vinyl you used to add additional protection but if you use a pretty soft squeegee it shouldn't make a different, but better safe than sorry.
