Most pad spreaders are designed for sliding calipers and won't work well on your Wilwood setup. I have the BSL6 front caliper. When I change pads I just open the bleeder and push the piston back in with my finger. I'm running a track car though, so I'll just leave the bleeder open for a little bit and let it gravity bleed any air bubbles that might have accumulated.
