Wouldn't fit unless I started cutting the frame apart.

Cold in MN right now. One of these days I'll get working on it though.

For the last 4 or 5 months I've been using them just sitting on my workbench. Unfortunately that meant that the vast majority of my workbench was unusable (occupied by the large speakers). This week I ordered a pair of wall mounts from Amazon.

They bolt onto studs and are rated to hold up to 88lbs. More than enough for the 32lb speakers that I have. Once I got them, they were much larger than I imagined but they work great. I drilled a couple 1/4" pilot holes and then screwed in the long bolts with my impact wrench. They seem very sturdy.

I also ordered a pair of 12" reflectors for my lights. Until I get the cieling finished I am hoping they'll help keep less of the light going into the rafters, and more of it going onto the ground. They seem to work alright, but with my huge CFL's I could use a larger reflector (but I didn't see any of similar design).

Here are some more updated photos. Still lots of clutter.
