Default Python Alarm system help

So, I have a 2005 wrx with an 05 sti drivetrain and a Vipek standalone ecu.

On the stock ecu, the car runs just fine, no issues.

On the standalone ecu, the car has an unknown rev limiter at 7k, the buttons on the 2-way are switching commands, and the alarm is going off after you start driving.

My question is, is python security systems compatible with a standalone ecu? Are they hard to disconnect/rewire?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! This is the only thing standing between my car running and being back in my possession or remaining at the current shop it resides.

Mods:
2.61 liter- bored, stroked, sleeved
272 cams
ported 2.0 liter wrx heads
rotated 3076r perrin kit (soon to go bigger)
Perrin fuel rails
Aeromotive fpr
walbro 400
Vipek standalone ecu
full 05 sti drivetrain
Python security/car starter
many more but these would effect the car running.

Once again thank you for viewing this and any feedback is more than appreciated!
