you just need to make sure they use a flat bed and not a dolly, when you call them make sure you tell them it's all wheel drive

0% chance the tow company is going to mess up your car if they use a flat bed

and fwiw, there are no gaskets involved, just an O-ring for the pickup and red sealant goo stuff for the pan (fujibond), both of which are available at your dealership

a torque wrench will do you no good, because all of the torques are around 5ft-lbs

Also, with the money you spend for somebody to fix it, you could buy the tools needed to do it yourself
