I should be able to take a measurement here in the next week or two on the front stock strut perch.
08-10 wrx and 08-11 imprezas front struts all share the same geometry. the higher perch is only on the 11-14 widebody wrx. also, i would not recommend the 08 wrx's stock struts for aftermarket springs. the 08's dampers and springs are crazy soft. 151#F springs and 136#R springs, with soft dampers to match. 09-14 wrx and 08-10 sti's have 217#F and 194#R springs, and stiffer dampers. 2011+ STi springs are 250#F and 297#R.

does the 2012+ Impreza share the same front strut geometry as the 11-14 widebody wrx? Did you get any measurements?

Has anyone installed WRX springs on their 2012+ Impreza? I have some spare 2012 WRX springs i am thinking of installing on my wife's 2012 Impreza Sport...

does anyone know the stock spring rates for the 2012+? does the baseline impreza and the Sport share the same springs?

1 inch = 25.4mm.

FWIW, i am using 2011 STi springs and Koni's on my 08 wrx. it went from 15" hub center to fender in the front and 14" in the rear, to about 14.5" front and rear.

i machined some spacers for my rear koni's to raise the rear spring perch 8mm, to accomodate the 30mm shorter rear 2011+ STi springs. the front springs installed without an issue and lowered my front about 1/2". With my spacer (i used 8mm, but would do 7mm or maybe less if i was to remake them) it raised my rear a bit more than 1/2", so i am now more evenly raked, but with my rear a tad higher. 2LiveCrew style.
