Back again with the same issue. I usually back up my driveway, today I pulled in. Walked around the car and noticed whitish smoke coming from the exhaust. Shut it off. Went back outside maybe 10 minutes later to start it up again. Whiteish smoke coming from the exhaust, not pouring out. Gave it a couple revs and white smoke starts pouring out of the exhaust. I look inside the exhaust and you can see water building up. I never noticed this until I got pro tuned and had a catless up pipe installed. Could that lack of the up pipe cat cause excessive condensation? Coolant level is fine and I never have to add oil during my 4k OCI's.

Also let me add, I see absolutely no smoke on the first startup after its been sitting in the morning. After its been running for about 30 seconds you will see condensation though. I really hope its not the valve stem seals seeing they have less than 20k on them.
