It's up to you, the clutch isn't going to get any better, I can promis you that..
If you don't have any chunks in the fluid or on the plug, then I'd be looking at the clutch, I mean it IS supposed to wear out and die...
So, first I would check the fluid level, make sure that's not a factor, if it's low, could be a factor, if not, move on...
Then, I'd drain it into a clean container and see what you find in the oil and on the plug... that's a good indication of what might be happening inside... if you find chunks then you know things are amiss.. and the trans will be coming out at some point...
However, my feeling based on what you posted is that simply the clutch is on it's way out, and/or the fluid needs a changing.. one is obviously a lot cheaper than the other..
Start cheap, move towards expensive...
