not an expert here, but with that out of the way, the oil restrictor cant hurt, actually if you are stage 2 it will give you more life out of your turbo and your engine oil, so yeah I say do it, but also AOC with egr/tgv deletes is the best combo, but Ill throw the restrictor in the mix also. ( im also running stock exhaust and will be doing this)
