Thanks for the info guys. This seems like it IS possible.

My idea is basically this. 08+ WRX trans, with PAR/PPG gears + UK spec DCCD + DCCD controller. Should be a lot lighter than a 6sp and Bolt up, won't have to change everything else needed for a 6sp swap (clutch/flywheel/axles/driveshaft/shifter/wiring/etc)
