Try any online Subaru dealer parts site, they should have them.

Sounds like clogged drains.
Open sunroof.
Clean everything out, by hand, vacuum, etc.
I use about 0.080" plastic line for a weedwhacker, 7' long or so. Cut flat, then heat a bit so it's rounded on the end. Feed it through the port by the sunroof and run it through.
When you start, measure out the approximate length from the drain port to the closest pillar, down the side to the bottom of the rocker panel. Mark this length on the plastic line so you know how far to go.

The plastic follows the drain tube, it's stiff enough to push, the rounded end won't go through the side of the drain tube.

When done, test with water into the drain. You should see water coming out the bottom.

Compressed air tends to blow the drain off, thus requiring pulling things apart to reattach which can be a PITA.
