I like to put it either outside on the rear driverside window close to the B pillar, aiming right at the a/c vent it shows driver input as well as the front left to see how close to cones Im getting. Or inside on the rear passenger window looking forward. It gets more of driver input and really shows the full effect of slides and such. With the inside view I use a centr mounted roof car and ovrlap them on videos.
