So I am (finally) calling Operation Baja Drop a success. Drove a couple hours to a Subaru dealership to pick up some Impreza perches and isolators, and viola she is all back together now. Took her for a quick spin and was a little hesitant on rainy roads but she took the curves and never squealed or slid.

Original measurements from bottom of fender and mud guard to ground compared to today is about 2" drop in front and 2 1/2" in rear. Now I got the rears installed last night and lowered the back off the stands so she had self weight on the wheels for about a day now. That may account for the extra drop, I'll keep an eye on it.

Of course the garage is dark and shadowy but you can really see a difference in the wheel gap above the wheels. What was 3 1/2" is now closer to 1 1/2" front and 1 1/4" rear. I can't wait to see her in the daylight.

Goal for tomorrow is to learn how to do an ALIGNMENT and see how it goes from there.
