make sure you don't heat the same place for too long either, you could ruin the paint that way too. the dental floss works like a charm. and the goo-gone takes a few minutes to settle in and start working. i think you should def. wax the whole trunk when you're done. i guess this depends on when you debadge. if get it home from the factory and debadge the same day, you can probably skip the wax. but if you have the car for any period of time, you should def. wax. it just looks a lot nicer.
