I think that--like short shifters--everyone likes the one they have and will tell you so loudly and often. Despite it's reputation for sudden engagement, the ACT clutch seems well liked by it's owners. I tried the Clutchnet kevlar disc and switched to the Clutchmasters Stage III. So far so good with the Clutchmasters, but it was $500. If the Exedy kit offers an upgraded pressure plate AND disc for $350 that sounds like a pretty good deal. Is the disc organic or Kevlar?
