the S-tech springs are so low that they may wear out the OEM struts prematurely. even if they don't, they do take the damper out of its normal response range so the spring will not be very well controlled. Koni inserts would be one of the few choices that could work since the Koni's can be run low and still provide excellent control.
most people buy those springs for looks only - if you're after performance the STI pinks or Prodrive springs are a much better choice...
