Just placed my first order this past Monday night around 10 PM or so. Of the two items I ordered one was in stock with the other backordered, which you could actually see on the website (I wish more vendors did this). Jokingly I put up a post on the May sale thread about how the first order I place stuff is on backorder because I was a twit and didn't order sooner. I got up the next day and I have an email with personal update on my order, told that my in stock item was shipped out and that the backordered item would be fill very shortly. I check NASIOC and I have a reply to my post in the same way, plus the bonus of another glider (SWEET). Now, the whole point of this long ass story is to say that TIC is on top of the customer service end of the business and damn quick on their shipping because I just received part of my order TODAY (Thursday)!!
You guys have now become one of my three top vendors here and I will be ordering more items from you in the future.
