The reason MY BBQ is best is because I have a private stash of this Badd to the bone Hickory cooking wood. I have been getting it out of the fertile red river valley of OK. makes THE best pork, brisket, chicken, salmon, you name it, comes out great. I will give some samples to my bro's on Nasioc, but you have to let me know and I can make up a bundle for ya. BBQ season is coming up!

I would love to have a bundle for the Egg. Problem would be I smoke on it so often I would be sad when I run out.
I must had watched 6 episodes on Pitmasters this weekend. Going to do some ribs this week, with apple wood, some honey and apple juice. Then layer on the Ca Johns BBQ sauce we got for the ribs.
