Default The OFFICIAL "Classic MAIC Threads" Thread!

There are no doubt many. I would like to preserve them in one place so that n00bs can read the MAIC's history. If you have additions, please include any necessary historical context and summaries/quotes.

My submission:

The WRX8U Saga

This particular one came out of the Miata thread, and is a classic. WRX8U had some modified bugeye that he thought was the hottest car ever. (I should dig up the "who has the hottest MAIC car" from 2003 too)

He decided to sell it to buy an SUV. He was asking $texas for the car. Hilarity ensued. Perhaps the best part was when a new user entered the thread. Their name was Isabel. She owns an M5, and lives in Florida. She stuck up for WRX8U.

I noticed the anomaly.

(just an observation)

WRX8U replies.

Now that I have elite mod powers, I can look at IP addresses.
