We do not have any exact numbers for this as it requires a full scale wind tunnel which simply is not an option for us to have access to for testing something like this.
The theory behind this product has been proven by large automakers along with many universities and government programs. The vortex generator induces the air flow to turn from laminar to turbulent as soon as the flow contacts it. This turbulent flow sucks the air flow to the rear window, and reduces the separation wake which allows the flow to follow the contour of the rear window and the trunk. This flow is now attached to the window and trunk, which proceed to flow under the airfoil. The higher the mass flow of air on the underside of the airfoil the more downforce it generates as a result from the pressure gradiant difference from the top and bottom air flow difference.
You do have a slight increase in drag which is generated from the air flow being turbulent vs laminar, however by inducing additional flow under the wing you are increasing the efficiency of the wing with very minimal increase in drag.
