Does inside wheel lip have the same bend in it? I would guess you would feel it slightly at highway speeds that the steering wheel has a bit of bounce to it when heel is on the front axle.

If it doesn't leak between the tire and the bead.. And doesn't have a wildly excessive road force number or cause a horrible vibration to you at highway speeds. I would leave it be.. but it comes down to how much bad it vibrates the wheel and how much it bothers you.

I have seen many wheels with much worse damage on them... inform the customer and they say they feel nothing and didn't even know the wheel was bent. So not a big deal to some.. but could be very irritating to certain drivers.
