Actually, looking at that again, I'd bet that would take well over 2hrs to complete.
The AMRAP is 30 mins. Figure 24-25 mins for the run (if not more by that point of the workout) and you're at an hour already.
Then you have to add the baseline/warmup, the work to 1RM, the 4 rounds of thruster/rope ascent/sandbag carry, plus four sets of 50 4-count flutter kicks and THEN stretching/cool down.
Lunacy.
