Default Need wiring help

alright, so ive about had it with my swap, ive mostly whined on legacy central, but havent got anywhere over there, so here it is.

first of all, its an EJ22T in a 1995 impreza. we did a hack job of wiring by modifying the 1.8 harness to plug into the EJ22t, but all of the wires get to the ECU correctly. please dont tell me i shouldnt have wired it that way, because i already know

so it "starts" but it idles at 2000-3000, and is beyond lean, i can hear/smell how terribly lean it is. things i could read from the ECU that are alarming are the 44* of timing advance

MAF and injector pulse width SEEM to be in spec, the 1.8 fuel pump is in there (ill change it soon) but that shouldnt effect fuel pressure at idle correct?

here the BIGGEST problem, my TPS signal is backwards... it is supposed to go from 4.7V at fully closed to 1.6V fully open, when properly wired it goes from 5.10 to 5.02 when i measure the resistance it goes from 3ohm-12ohm gradually. both TPS's ive tried do exactly the same thing. when i was idling it the TPS was unplugged.

big issue #2- the 02 sensor. can i use my imprezas sensor with the legacy ecu? they are both 3 wire but they look a little different.

can anyone tell me what the wires are on the sensors that have 1 black and 2 white wires? is black signal, and the white ones are power and ground? are the white ones interchangeable..?

sorry to blab on, but these are my problems right now, and i cant seem to figure it out myself! thanks for any help.
