Thanks for the help. The ecu swap on my car is quite challenging with it needing to flash for the immobilizer.

Today I re-timed the car, tapped the AVCS gears with a rubber mallet, did an oil and filter change with disconnecting the battery.

Didnít really notice any slipped timing belt, though the drivers Intake cam may have been off by one tooth.

Drove the car for about 5 min and voila, AVCS on both sides went down to zero at idle and increased with the throttle.
