Today I re-timed the car, tapped the AVCS gears with a rubber mallet, did an oil and filter change with disconnecting the battery.

Didn***8217;t really notice any slipped timing belt, though the drivers Intake cam may have been off by one tooth.

Drove the car for about 5 min and voila, AVCS on both sides went down to zero at idle and increased with the throttle.
nice glad you got it fixed, but I would change which ever one is sticking
