The Legacy, though, being made in the States, makes more sense to import, not being subject to duty, only tax. Subaru Canada is undoubtedly aware of this, as Legacy prices are slightly more favourable with respect to the exchange rates than Impreza and STi: the Legacy GT is priced here at 139% of US, where the WRX is 142%, and the STi 150%. The lack of the Evo here also lets Subaru price the WRX and STi high, there being no direct competitor.
