For your case I would. Even though I put my winter tires on at the end of October and take them off the end of march, inevitably I get burned and there is snow in the morning. A good set of all seasons should cover you and would actually be better. True winter tires lose traction at 8 degrees above freezing(c) . I'm sure the difference is minimal in (f)
