Awesome, I got it. So I didn’t end up using the relay: I took my positives to the old horn signal and I took the ground wires back to the negative side of the battery.
I tried using the old horns negative wires but it failed to work. With the oem horn connectors on the new Subaru’s it’s hard to tell what’s going on plus it’s even harder to wire a new horn without cutting the oem connectors. Regardless it’s working now. Thank you.
