EFR 7163 is my fave rotated turbo for your power goal.
If you're staying pump gas the FP black should get you to 450WHP but at 450 you should probably be rotated. The FP red is also good, as is the 3.5XTR. The Blouch XTR turbos are ball bearing and the FPs come in journal or ball bearing. The FP blue will probably only hit your power goal on ethanol or maybe 93, but probably 400 would be your pump limit on a blue.
The BCP 500+ is journal bearing, but makes great numbers with good spool and response for its size and technology.
The GrimmSpeed BB500 just came out, and is very similar to the 3.0XTR in specs but has very little results with it posted yet.
There are lots of options - choose wisely.
And I like the 3071 more than he 3076 if you go with a GT30.

I cannot recommend the FP products due the number of issues we've seen with them along with the rather lackluster support we had to deal with.
I can recommend the BCP X500+. We've done a number of them here, and have been happy with them.
