91 AWD Legacy Wgn

Default alignments: say it ain't so

took the wagon into for an alignment today...the tire guys say the sube doesn't have camber\caster adjustments for the fronts.

what is the deal?

car is a 91 AWD legacy wgn

on the bd/bg legacys, front camber is adjustable, front castor is not. but guys at tire shops may be idiots - they told me they couldn't adjust my front camber and i've got camber plates.

All Legacys have adjustable front camber and toe, adjustable rear toe. If anything else is out of spec, something is bent.

errr...on the BC/BF that is true.

Can be fixed though with some trick bolts - forget who does them. Or one could go for adjustable pillow upper mounts (can noisy though).
